  • provide nutritional guidelines and tools for wellness – not numbers, guilt, or shame

Rejuvenate your LIFE explores these topics:

Developing self-awareness – what is your life at this time

  • how do you want to feel, what do you want to be
  • reviewing what is your identity
  • discovering: WHY make changes now?

Real food nutrition

  • keeping track: we manage what we monitor*
  • the why and wisdom of anti-inflammatory foods
  • eating for rejuvenated health, not restriction

Shifting mindset – re-writing habits

  • reviewing patterns of thoughts, emotions, behaviour
  • allowing for mistakes
  • considering the upside of stress for resilience and focus

Fitness that fits you

  • physical movement that “calls your name”
  • why fitness matters – to you, now
  • establishing what is negotiable and what is not

In Rejuvenate your LIFE I will provide you:

  • 4 one-hour one-on-one sessions via phone or Skype, or in-person if local
  • downloadable material applicable for each session
  • email support between sessions
  • membership in Vibrant Inspired Facebook group for support
  • an opportunity for you to care for yourself with intention and accountability
