Living for Health and Purpose

Nutrition, activity, mindset, emotions: many pieces fit into the complex mix for creating our healthy and purposeful life for every age and stage.

It’s all out there – eating plans, fitness workouts, formulas and fads of what you should do to feel and look good, be successful and happy.  It seems all we need to do is choose something and do it – DIY (do it yourself). 

Personality influences how much support we are comfortable with, desire and resilience to process change and growth aligning with the way we’re wired. Regardless, the older I get the more I realize the gift and benefit not need to DIA (do it alone).
